Gr. 11 CPT – A Short Film Project

The Grade 11 Short Film Project was a transformative learning experience that immersed students in the dynamic world of filmmaking. Through this hands-on assignment, every class member explored core filmmaking concepts, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, cinematography, sound design, and post-production editing. Beyond the technical skills, the project emphasized the importance of collaboration, as students worked in teams to bring their creative visions to life. This process honed their ability to communicate effectively, solve problems collaboratively, and efficiently manage time and resources. The project not only deepened their understanding of filmmaking but also prepared them with critical project management skills that are invaluable inside and outside the classroom.
