The Impressions of Motion iRAP Workshop

Welcome to the iRAP Media Arts & Dance discipline workshop! This exciting afternoon session focused on the dynamic world of motion, movement, and choreography in dance. As aspiring Media Arts + Dance artists, the students had the unique opportunity to observe and draw inspiration from the fluidity and energy of dance as a foundation for their digital paintings. Using Adobe Photoshop, everyone explored how to translate these movements into expressive, Impressionist-style artwork, where broad strokes, vibrant colours, and a sense of motion echoed the power of dance.
